Let all your senses be revitalized through a guided meditation walk and sound
meditation on the grounds of beautiful Greenwood Gardens. Carl, who has been
teaching yoga and meditation for more than 30 years, will help you connect with
nature and take a break from the busy-ness of life during this deeply relaxing
experience. Along the way, the group will take some time out for tea and some
delicious healthy snacks. Expect to return home feeling re-energized and
supported with new tools to add to your self-care routines. Bolsters, blankets
and eye pillows will be provided.
